Adjusting Printer Color Mode

By default our color capable copiers will default to printing in grayscale as a cost saving measure. If you find that you need to print a document in color, you can adjust this setting on your computer as needed. Various applications may use slightly different prompts, here are instructions on how to do so in the common scenario of printing from Microsoft Office. 

  1. With the desired printer selected, click on "Printer Properties".


  2. Under "Select Color" click and choose the desired color mode and click "OK" to close the window.


  3. If your desired printer uses a fiery for printing, you will need to click the Color tab and then choose the desired color mode. Click "OK" to close the window.
