Bedrock now makes Seagull Bartender and its components available via our RemoteApp environment (also used for Dynamics AX, Atlas, IPE, etc.) for all Shinola-based locations. Filson locations will need to have Bartender installed locally on their computer, and should reach out to support.bedrock.com for assistance if Bartender cannot be found in the Start menu.
To gain access to this environment, you must belong to the "AMER Bartender Users" group. If the Bartender application does not show in your Start menu or Microsoft Remote Desktop, please submit a ticket to firstname.lastname@example.org to request access (be sure to CC your supervisor on this request).
To access Bartender on a Windows machine, simply open it from your Start menu (you can find it in the Work Resources group, along with Dynamics AX and other applications):
Also, you can simply start typing "bartender" to search your Start menu for it.
However, if you do not see it in your Start menu, please reboot your computer to ensure it has the most up-to-date list of Work Resources applications.
To access Bartender or Print Station on your Mac, simply open it from Microsoft Remote Desktop, under Remote Resources. If you do not see it listed, click the Remote Resources button, then Refresh (additional information about configuring your Mac for our RemoteApp environment can be found here):
