Configuring Office 365 on Your Mobile Device

Adding to Your iOS Device

We suggest using Microsoft's own instructions, located here.

Older iOS Devices

For older iOS devices (iOS 10 and prior), the instructions below should help. Do not use these instructions on current iOS devices.

  1. Tap Settings on the home screen.
  2. Scroll down and tap Mail, Contacts, Calendars.
  3. Tap Add Account...
  4. Tap Microsoft Exchange.
  5. Enter the following:
    1. Email: <your email address>
    2. Password: <your bedrock/shinola/filson domain password>
    3. Description: <"Shinola" or "Bedrock" or "Filson", etc.>
  6. Tap Next. You should see checkmarks appear to the right of all fields. If you don't, please check your settings according to those shown above.
  7. Tap Done.
That's it! If you are still prompted for the Exchange server and your username, use "outlook.office365.com" for the server, and your entire email address for username.

Removing From Your iOS Device

  1. Tap Settings on the home screen.
  2. Scroll down and tap Mail, Contacts, Calendars.
  3. Tap on the work account (it may be labeled something else, such as Exchange).
  4. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
  5. Tap "Delete from my iPhone".
